What are you looking forward to in your new leadership role at Whereoware?
So many things! Getting to know our incredible team. I’m already so impressed with how knowledgeable, friendly and collaborative everyone is.
Also, I can’t wait to dive in a bit more with our customers to discover how we can continue to evolve to help them take their businesses to the next level.
What leading digital trend do you think is here to stay?
Creating an experience! Everything we choose to do and buy (or not) is guided by the experiences we have – personally or professionally. Relating it to the industries we serve, creating a positive and memorable experience consistently is key to the success.
Making those experiences personal shows our customers (and prospective customers!) that we get them, which keeps them connected. That connection builds customer loyalty and keeps them coming back time and time again – which let’s face it, doesn’t hurt the bottom line. 😊
How do you define success?
For me, success is about evolving. The only constant in our world is change, and in our industry and for those we serve, it moves at light-speed! So, I see success as constantly learning, growing, and evolving.
What inspires you most?
Traveling and exploring new places – but I don’t do nearly enough traveling (for fun at least!) .
What do you like to do when you’re not in the office?
If it’s remotely nice out, I’m at the beach!!
