Viva Las Vegas Summer Market!

Whereoware’s sales and client services teams stayed busy this Las Vegas Market, meeting with clients, demoing our Pharos E-commerce Suite, and of course, socializing!

Las Vegas Market features a number of prestigious panel discussions, receptions, award ceremonies, and special events.

Gift + Stationery 40 Under 40 Awards

The team’s visit kicked off with the presentation of the Gift + Stationery 40 Under 40 class of 2019, honoring the gift and stationary industry’s next generation of leaders.

Whereoware’s own Teddy Pekalski, Sales Manager, was recognized at the reception on Sunday as one of the Gift + Stationery 40 Under 40 honorees representing all facets of the gift and stationery industry.

We’re so proud of Teddy for this important honor and congratulate him and the other honorees for propelling the entire gift and stationery industry forward.

Lean In & Lift Up!

The Whereoware team was also excited to honor and celebrate successful women in the gift and home industry during the inaugural Lean In & Lift Up event on Sunday evening.

We joined industry leaders for an inspirational discussion on mentorship, followed by a reception in support of the WithIt scholarship fund.

9th Annual Up on the Roof Fundraiser

Monday evening was marked by the 9th annual Up on the Roof fundraiser and reception in support of Gift for Life, which unites the gift, stationery, and home industries in the fight against HIV/AIDS.

The Whereoware team gathered with colleagues from across the industry to mix, mingle, raise a glass, and bid on exclusive silent auction items to support Gift for Life.

Gift and Home CEO Summit

Whereoware was proud to sponsor the one-day Gift & Home CEO Summit, held on Tuesday at Las Vegas Market.

The summit featured 4 keynote presentations from thought leaders, providing insight on today’s critical issues that affect the industry.

The roster of speakers was comprised of Honorable Ambassador Gary F. Locke, U.S. Ambassador to China (2011-2014) and 36th United States Secretary of Commerce, Dr. Evan A. Feigenbaum, former Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for South Asia (2007-09) and Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Central Asia (2006-07), author and consultant Stephen Shapiro, and Ben Stein, economist and well-known commentator on finance.

We had a great time at Las Vegas Market and look forward to seeing familiar faces in Vegas this coming January, or at the many markets in between!
